My name is Andrew. I’m the publisher of this blog. I started MoneyAlps in late 2010 with an emphasis on budgeting and personal finance, but recently I had an epiphany. I’d much prefer articles on how to make money than save it! Don’t get me wrong, Benjamin Franklin’s quote, “a penny saved is a penny earned” still applies. But let’s face it, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Mark Zuckerberg didn’t make their billions from simply living like a miser. In order to be rich, you’d have to the owner of something valuable, usually an asset that you’ve built or bought. That’s the sweet spot that I think is missing in many of personal finance websites today. So hold on tight and let’s explore this exciting subject of making money and be rich!
